We endeavour to produce the highest quality products, and note that the artisan hand crafted nature of our products means small defects are an intrinsic and normal part of the product. We package our products carefully to withstand the rigours of shipment, however it is possible for damage to occur during shipping.

We will accept returns of products that may have been damaged in shipping for repair or replacement, as long as the damage is brought to our notice promptly on receipt of the products, and is serious. Any products returned to us must be returned freight paid, however if the products are defective or very badly damaged, we will refund you for reasonable shipping costs. We will pay for shipping back to you on any products that we have repaired or replaced.

Where we elect to repair defective or damaged products, this can usually be done fairly quickly and we will try to carry out the repair as soon as possible, but will not be liable for any delay in completing the repairs. Where the products need to be replaced it may take several weeks but again we will use all reasonable endeavours to replace them as soon as possible.

Minor defects such as bent bayonets or sword scabbards are typical with delicate items and soft metals, but these are usually able to be rectified without trouble by customers.
